Labor and Employment attorney supporting BPO operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity. 

Experienced in handling labor conciliation proceedings, managing and responding to labor claims, and advising HR and Operations on legally sound termination processes and disciplinary actions.

This brings a practical, process-driven approach to ensure due process, consistent documentation, and defensible decision-making in sensitive employee relations matters.

HR Manager with a strong BPO focus, responsible for building a stable, compliant, and performance-ready workforce to support B2B client operations. 

He leads the full HR agenda with a managerial scope—overseeing talent acquisition strategy and hiring execution, structured onboarding and continuous training, payroll and benefits administration, performance management frameworks, and engagement and retention programs designed to reduce attrition and sustain service quality. 

He emphasizes governance and compliance through clear policies, disciplined documentation, and legally sound employee relations practices, enabling scalable growth and reliable day-to-day execution across teams.

VIANEY HERRERA

HR professional with 5 years of experience as a Generalist in BPO environments, focused on ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and workforce stability for B2B clients. 

She have managed the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll/timekeeping incidences, employee relations, training, and performance follow-up—with a KPI-driven approach (staffing coverage, turnover, absenteeism, performance, and engagement).

 Her focus is to build HR processes that translate into consistent service delivery, risk reduction, and an organized operation: clear policies, effective communication, documented traceability, and close coordination with Operations to sustain standards, productivity, and day-to-day quality.

He integrates internal and external communication strategies to strengthen employer branding and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. 

He creates job profiles, employee value propositions, and attraction messaging (job postings, campaigns, and content), optimizing distribution through digital channels and referral programs. 

His experience covers the full talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, requirement validation, and hiring—focused on quality of hire and alignment with the client’s operational needs.
